Almost all companies use cobalt based metal-bond. As a reference, one diamond gang saw cutting everyday will throw away approximately 360 lbs. of cobalt per year into the environment. All DUS bonds are cobalt free. Our experience and technology allowed for the development of high performance tools despite of being cobalt free.
