Warning！！ Many other China seller give you  inferior plishing powder (light red or white color, very cheap cost  2 USD/Kg, low grade and half density ), it will waste your time and damage your glass.
I use only dark red color powder ( high grade ,high density and expensive cost at 10 USD/Kg ). My powder particle size is average 3 microns with high concentration of rare earth oxides to provide the best polishing.
It is easy for everyone to DIY repair damaged glass with an electric drill. This kit can be used to remove wiper blade damage, scuffs, traffic film, water deposits. Can be used on any windscreen, rear or side windows or any other type of glass i.e. toughened glass, double glazed units, windows, patio doors, glass tables, shower screens, fish tanks, aquarium.
It can save you great money to change a new glass.
Please note it is for light hair line scratches, surface marks, water stains only ,  if you can catch or feel scratches with your finger nail , it's probably too deep to recover damage with only cerium oxide powder ,
you must use sanding discs first to make the deep scratch into the light scratch

Brief Instructions:
1.  Clean the glass thoroughly.  Mix some water with some of Cerium Oxide Powder in a tub. The ratio is 1: 1 (water: powder) in weight. e.g. 100 ml water add 100 grams powder. Use a stick to blend them thoroughly mixed to  wet paste.
2.  Attach the hook and loop backing pad to a electric drill.  Attach the wool polishing pad to backing pad .Apply a small amount of the wet paste to the glass and wool pad.
3.  Work the polishing pad over the scratch.   Not exceed 2000 RPM, 2KG pressure.
4.  Applying more wet paste to continue polishing. Add a little water if too dry or overheat.
5.  Repeat until the light scratch is no longer visible.
