    Presented is an antique Art Deco figural flower frog  commonly known as "The Diver" by Cowan Pottery. Not marked but listed in all of the Cowan literature, #683. 11 holes for flower arranging. This particular example appears to have a professional restoration at the top and is priced accordingly. No chips or cracks, there is a line on the bottom of the base done in the making.
