CATERPILLAR Skidder on 18 Wheeler - Handmade Wood Toy - FOLK ART - Mississippi

I believe this a handmade toy / advertising piece.  It is a
18 wheeler / CAT Skidder
.  The base is about 17.5" long x 6.5" wide.  It is
well-made
and has a sticker on the bottom from the person who made it.  The grapple on the skidder is the only moving part.  It is a nice collectible, very well made and looks like it took a good bit of time to make.  Would make a
nice gift / display
