This industrial-grade machine offers durability, reliability and flexibility.  It can work with dog tags and other metal plates up to 3.5"x4.5" in size and made of such materials as aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel and titanium.  If you choose this option, along with the machine you will receive Windows-based software that allows interface with your external database on a standard PC for easy and efficient batch production of tags.  The user-friendly software lets the operator create and administer multiple jobs, manage fixed and variable data, and have unlimited template storage - all leading to a fast and convenient production of embossed tags.  Or you can choose to enter your data manually by using a monitor and special keyboard provided with the unit.  The machine can store up to 7 plate formats with variable and fixed data fields for efficient tag production.
