    Description

    Desert Sands Mission Swirl Pottery Low Bowl blue,white,green,black,brown swirls.
    This Desert Sands Pottery hand thrown art bowl is 7' wide by 2-1/2 inches high. It is in good vintage used condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.  It shows signs of use with scratches on the inside and base.  It has the Desert Sands Pottery ink mark.
    Evans Pottery began making swirl pottery in 1928. Later, they moved to Boulder City, Nevada, then Barstow, California where they produced Desert Sands Pottery.  Desert Sands Pottery is known for its swirl design using several different colors. This piece has a high gloss interior and exterior which really makes its colors stand out!
