ENFIELD POTTERY CO PENNSYLVANIA 7" (5") FRAMED TILE 'BOY & GIRL FROLICKING' MINT
This Enfield Pottery tile measures 7" square in its frame.  The tile itself measures 5" square.  The Enfield Pottery was located in Enfield, Pennsylvania from 1906-1930, and it was run by J.H. Dulles Allen.  This tile depicts a playful scene with a boy and girl frolicking, with the boy pulling on her long braid.  This sweet tile is glazed in a simple blue gloss ground, and a matte mocha over the figures.  It is unmarked, but guaranteed to be Enfield Pottery.  This handsomely framed tile is in mint condition, no apologies.  It makes a playful and fun presentation!
