The Model 115A Air Operated Hot Stamping Machine is a versatile bench top machine capable of stamping many plastic items, vinyl items, medical products, pressure sensitive labeling materials, and can be equipped to do consecutive numbering.
The Model 115A is actuated by two-hand consecutive non-repeat switches and is manufactured with a double ended air cylinder for precision depth stop control, a solid state dwell timer with micro-second adjustment, air filter, lubricator and pressure regulator.
The Model 115A is the ideal semi-automatic hot stamping machine for short or long production runs. The Model 115A comes equipped with a tilt lock heater head for easy insertion and removal of type and dies. When required the Model 115A can be equipped with special heater heads for high speed industrial applications.
