You have three choices for shipping service and your package will be shipped with the service you select.  While the risk of the First Class Package International service is low, the risk does exist.  I, the seller, will not and cannot be responsible for any loss resulting from your selection of the USPS First Class Package International service and if you, the buyer, cannot accept this risk, then please select one of the other two Priority services that provide expedited delivery and insurance coverage of up to US0; the Express service also provides guaranteed delivery by a certain date (only to some countries and with uncontrollable exceptions such as bad weather, civil unrest, etc.).
International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  Buyer is responsible for these charges.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs, if any, will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns:  Items must be unused, unaltered and not soldered; buyer pays return shipping; original free shipping cost will be deducted from refunds for US buyers; international and other method of shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
