Interesting Mountain Meadows Pottery vase from Vermont

Description

This is a nice looking vintage pottery vase from Mountain Meadows Pottery of Vermont.  It is shaped a bit like a clamshell and is dated 1988 on the bottom.
The vase stands 5.5 inches tall and is almost 6 inches across at the widest point.
The vase is in very good condition.  There is a written inscription on the bottom.
