New Rival Reliables FIRESCAPE emergency fire escape ladder, 15' two story made of galvanized steel. Only time I've had this out of the box was for the pictures. It was stored in a closet that developed a small leak, the box is a little discolored but the ladder wasn't affected. Moved to a one story home so no longer need. Cables are continuous loop, safe up to 950 lbs., flat no slip rungs, spacers on rungs to space away from wall giving spacious foot room and spring loaded cross bar on window hooks for bracing. It's a secure feeling to know you have a way of escape in case of fire on a second story but hopefully you'll never need to use it just like I never did. Great quality and weighs just over 11 lbs.
