Ostheimer style wooden animals (8) with Noah's wife small handcarved/painted toy

Ostheimer style wooden animals (8) with Noah's wife small hand carved/painted.
Tallest figure (giraffe) is 4" tall
They are painted in the style of Ostheimer and carved in almost exactly the same style. I think they are made in Germany, but there are not markings to know for sure.
The arches of the legs, the cut of the ears, the painting of the eyes are in the same style as Ostheimer.
After a lot of research, I think these are NOT true Ostheimer pieces. The wood is not the same quality as Ostheimer and the finishes are less precise as well.
It could be that they are vintage Ostheimer, but I was unable to find photos to compare them.  The giraffes usually have a rope tail and these have a carved tail. The current elephants by Ostheimer have curved trunks and these trunks are straight. Mrs. Noah is facing forward for this piece while the current pieces have her facing to the side.The colors are similar, the cuts are similar.
