Pottery Dish Bowl Planter Handmade Signed by R Mills

Description

This pottery piece has a Western Americana look...but we were unable to verify the artist or tribe.  It has the typical terra cotta exterior with a upper, textured, patterned band.  The interior has a greenish coloring with a raised, decorative centerpiece.  It is signed, R Mills with two different (dates?) numbers, as shown.  Please review pics as additional description.  Measures a little over 8" wide & about 2 3/4" tall.
