Up for bid is Res Q Ladder Brand 3-Story Series 3000 25 Foot Fire Escape Rescue Ladder FL-25-NST-DX FREESHIP.  This is the harder to find upgraded Series 3000 model which offers several improvements over the 1000 and 2000 series most commonly found.  25 foot-length metal rescue ladder…most of the ones you find are 15 feet...this series offers 1000 lb capacity which should allow multiple escapees on the ladder at once for fast escapes.  The 3000 line also offers non-slip abrasive painted finish rungs...the 3000 series also has protective plastic sleeves over all the chains...and 10 pairs of stand offs are also included.   This item has been in storage awhile, never used in a fire..the box has some tatters and tears from storage/movingt but the ladder is in great shape.  Box is very heavy.
