    Description

    Two Oceanic ceremonial weapons from PNG highlands circa 20th century. It consists of two pieces. The first is an ax with a wood shaft and a flat elongated head wrapped in finely woven rattan sheath with geometrical patterns Size: 25 1/2''L, 20''W. The second one is a digger with a long wood shaft with carved and polychromed decoration and a sharp bone tip. size: 30''L, 12 1/2''W.
