Vintage 1961 Mattel 24" Charmin' Chatty Cathy Talking Doll w/ Original Shoes

Up for bid is a vintage 1961 (on her body) Mattel Charmin' Chatty Cathy doll.  She measures 24" tall. She comes with the original blue and white shoes (marked 1962).  Her rooted hair does need some work.  Head and eyes look good.  Body is good overall with some very light dirtiness, mostly on her legs.  It sounds worse than it actually is.  I just try to reveal anything seen.  The back of one leg has a small nick.  She has the pull string intact and it pulls out and retracts fine but possibly slows down quickly.  There is one disc (content on each side) inside the slot on the side of her body.  She will talk a little. I assume it changes with each pull.  It starts out the audio quick, then it slows down fast, not really understood.  I can't exactly tell what she is trying to say. The toe of her left shoe has a tear.  She has the Mattel mark on her back.  Overall a very good Charmin' Chatty Cathy!
