Vintage Mattel Charmin' Chatty Doll Instructional & Wish Booklet.   This is dated 1962 on the back.   Pages have information on how doll works and then lists other outfits & sets for this doll, plus games and other Chatty Dolls.     Booklet is in good shape with some handling wear ..... crease on bottom corner and curling top corner.....see photos.   There are also  staple holes that go through the covers and pages....see last 2 photos.
