Vintage Black Pottery Large Round Planter or Bulb Bowl

Description

Here is a large round black pottery planter or bulb bowl. Marked but not clear and I can't figure it out. Sorta like a crown, or a line with 3 dots above it. I don't know. Planter is 8 3/4 inches across, and 4 1/2 inches high.
