Welcome to this listing. We are extremely pleased to offer this yellow Ransburg Pottery cookie jar with lid, which is decorated with brightly colored flowers.  This cookie jar is 9 1/2" tall to the top of the lid's finial.  The base is 8 1/2" tall and the opening is 6" in diameter.  This cookie jar, which is circa 1930s-1940s, has an impressed mark which states "Ransburg Genuine Hand Painted Indianapolis USA."
This cookie jar is in good used condition and the interior is clean.  It exhibits some wear and is free of post-manufacture chips, cracks, hairlines, and restoration.  The under the glaze chip at the outer rim and on the foot ring chip appear to have occurred during the manufacturing process.   Please use the photos to assist you in determining if the condition of this cookie jar meets with your requirements.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Shipping charges reflect USPS shipping only.  We do not charge for packing materials of any type, i.e. bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, or packaging tape.
Multiple purchases will be combined to the extent possible to minimize shipping costs.  Sometimes, due to size and weight, we will not be able to combine multiple purchases into one box.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to confirmed addresses only.  USPS Priority Mail includes insurance & tracking.
To Buyers Who Reside in Canada, The United Kingdom, Or Australia:
We ship via the Global Shipping Program to confirmed addresses only.  Charges such as import duties, customs costs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

A package is usually shipped within one day after we receive full payment.
The buyer will be notified via e-mail the day the auction item is shipped.
Terms of Sale
Return Policy:
Buyer must contact seller via eBay within thirty days from receipt date of the item.  Please do not open a case before first contacting us.
Buyer must ship the item back to the seller within 30 days from receipt date of the item.
Item condition must be identical to the auction description.
Buyer must ship via the same shipper under the same shipping service as received and in the same packaging as received.
Refund will only be in the amount of the winning bid.  Refund will not include shipping initially paid by the buyer.
Damage or Loss of An Insured Item:
In the event an item is damaged or lost during shipping, the buyer must immediately notify the seller.  The buyer will retain the damaged item and all packaging.
The seller will refund the buyer the amount paid for the item, including sales tax if applicable, but not the cost of shipping.
The seller will file a claim with USPS for the amount the buyer paid for the item, not including shipping, and will designate the seller as the payee of the claim.
USPS will review the claim, request the parcel from the buyer if required, and provide a refund to the seller less the shipping.
