Vintage Set Of 2 1950's Morton Pottery Ceramic Wall Pocket/Planter Love Birds
Condition is used.
Adorable set of 2 wall hanging small planters each featuring a pair of love birds. Would accent many decors.
The 2 planters are not identical.
Planter 1 - on the left in the first picture
Height is approx 7 inches
Length is approx 4 inches across the back of the pocket.
Weight is approx 1lb 4 ounces
Pocket is approx 3 inches deep
This planter is in fair/good vintage condition for being over 60 years old. as Some signs of wear from use and age. The rim of the opening has some nicks. The color of the birds is worn and there are several chips on the front side of the pocket. There is crazing inside the pocket. There is a dark mark on the lower bird’s head.

Length is approx 4 inches across the back of the pocket
Weight is approx 15 ounces
Pocket is approx 3 inches deep
The planter is in fair/good condition - is also over 60 years old. Signs of wear and age. Along the back rim of the pocket under the birds there is a chip and a small crack. The paint is worn in places and the paint for the eyes is totally gone. Inside the pocket there is crazing and some bumps on the bottom. Also appears to be a small chip in the back in the brown paint.
The planters were washed and cleaned but a more thorough cleaning could be done.
