If you've been following or researching the different types of gutter guards, then you know that the only real chance you  have to keep your gutters from clogging is to use a vertically louvered gutter cover.
All kind of screens either leave enough debris get into the gutter to clog or they accumulate debris to such a degree that the water can't get through them and into the gutter. They range between a few cents per foot to nearly /ft for the stainless steel micro guards.
The hooded types of gutter guards are basically on long fin. The problem is that enough blossoms and leaves (full sized) get wet and stick to the fin and go into the gutter to clog it. The goal is to limit the size of debris that can get through the fin. Look at the photo! This product has one long fin just as the other hooded types do, BUT, the fin is broken up every 3/4" with a web meaning that nothing larger than 3/4" can ever get pass the gutter cover and into the gutter making it twenty time more effective than the hooded types of gutter guards--even those costing as much as /ft installed. There's also the aluminum version of this design in various colors for over /ft DYI compared to .25/ft for this product.
How this gutter guard works:  Rain water adheres to the louvers in the front vertical surface and is guided directly into the gutter. The water that adheres to the web is guided into the gutter through a trough that forms between the inside gutter lip and the gutter guard when the gutter guard is installed to any K style gutter.

You won't find the price on the website, but if you call their 800 number and if you live in certain areas of the country, they can sell it to you for over /ft, otherwise you'd have to pay around /ft to have one of their dealers install it. Then come back and SAVE lots of money with this system.
All you need to install this product is a ladder, battery operated drill with 1/4" magnetic hex head, a utility knife, and a pair of tin snips for cutting the vinyl gutter cover when you come to the end of the gutter.
You simply slid the back edge of the vinyl gutter cover between the first course and under course of shingle. You then slide the easy to install vinyl clip through a louver and pull the gutter cover forward so that the bottom flange of the vinyl gutter cover slides in under the front gutter lip. Then you affix the clip to the top of the top front lip of the gutter by running a screw through the clip and into the top lip of the gutter.  Lastly, you score the clip with the utility knife and snap off the portion of the clip that extends beyond the front lip of the gutter. Easy-peezy.
The next piece you install overlaps the first piece to make sure no debris can work in between the gutter covers so you end up with one long continuous gutter cover.
Designed to be installed on all roof pitches from flat to Mansard. However for flat roofs you'll need to order ledge material to install to the drip edge by contacting us.
